On Wednesday P.L.T went to the most famous debating chambers in the UK, THE HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT!
Most people arrive at school 7:30, being rudely interrupted by the Breakfast Club in the hall. The P.L.T loaded the coach at 7:45
and 5 minutes later we were of to LONDON.
Finally we arrived, we saw the amazing BIG
Outside the houses of parliament there, was Oliver Cromwell’s statue with a lion statue below him. Near the door of houses of parliament there, were security guards
With mp5’s (Guns) on them.
Inside the Westminster hall we (P.L.T) met
Keith Vaz and took a photo with him. Also
Dolly won a giant chocolate coin for answering a question by Keith Vaz.
After we met the man himself, Keith Vaz,
we went on a tour of the building. First we entered the great st. Stevens hall.
Then we passed over to the House of Lords
The state opening of parliament queens throne. Then we entered the House of Lords debating chamber. And we stood in front of the red mp seats.
When we were going to the coach we passed the beautiful Buckingham palace. And we took some photos outside the great Queens house. We had a great long walk to the coach, finally we all sat down inside the coach as we left London .
